Please explain how many rooms you have to clean. If the room is "L"-shaped or larger than a typical living room, then you need to count that as 2 rooms.

Also, if a room is larger than 300 sq. ft., it will be counted as 2 (or 3) rooms depending on the total size.

Please don't quote one thing to the scheduling center and expect us to honor that price once we see that there is more to clean than you requested. Once we are on site and determine that the areas to be cleaned are more than scheduled, we will give you the opportunity to have those additional areas cleaned or keep with the original price/rooms quoted.

Naturally, the cost for stairs is additional. However, if you have a 6 Room Cleaning, we DISCOUNT the stair pricing from $48 to $36. Tell the scheduling center how many sets of stairs you have. You will be given a price on the phone for the job.

Our SCHEDULING CENTER is open during typical business hours Monday thru Friday and Saturday during the summer.
If you need to schedule a job before or after these times, send us an E-MAIL with the details about your projected job. We will then forward this information to the SCHEDULING CENTER to see if we can schedule your cleaning as desired.

NOTE:
If we are not able to get out pet stains, red stains, crayons, hilighters or other stains with our regular OxyMagic® system, we can quote you a price at the time of cleaning to attempt to get those stains out. We will charge you THIS EXTRA FEE only if we are successful with the more difficult stains.

Not ALL stains will come out, depending on what the stain is (red Kool Aid is one of the worst), what home remedies or other cleaning you have tried before and how long the stain has been there.
Some stains permanently "dye" the carpet. Other stains can be "set" by previous efforts.

We will do our best and you can see comments from others regarding how pleased they have been.

However, if a stain that we have removed comes back within 30 days, we will retreat for FREE.

NOTE: We DO NOT move furniture.
